You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with internal teams, support business development, and help drive project profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with emphasis on Structural Engineering.
• PE or SE license.
• 7+ years of experience with Project Management.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory/permitting requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
