ARCXIS is seeking a Structural Coordinator to support our Foundation and Frame engineering teams. You will manage project intake, verify documentation, route assignments, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong organization, detail orientation, and the ability to work with multiple departments. Prior experience in engineering, construction, or project coordination is preferred; familiarity with Teamwork, Freshdesk, or Vault is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and departments.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or project coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with Teamwork, Freshdesk, Vault, or similar PM systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project intake and coordination across engineering teams.
• Verify required documentation and ensure timely order confirmations.
• Route projects to designers and Job Captains and manage scheduling priorities.
• Maintain project records and support process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and escalate technical questions as needed.
