Job summary

ARCXIS is seeking a Structural Coordinator to support Foundation and Frame engineering teams by managing project intake, coordinating assignments, and tracking status. You will facilitate communication between customers, Job Captains, designers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong organization, and excellent written and verbal communication. Experience in engineering or construction coordination is preferred, with familiarity in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and multi-team coordination.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or project coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with project management systems like Teamwork, Freshdesk, Vault.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process incoming engineering requests through intake channels.
• Verify required documentation (plans, soil reports, CAD files).
• Coordinate project priorities, workloads, and deadlines with Job Captains.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries on status and scheduling.
• Escalate technical questions to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Support standardized intake, scheduling, and coordination procedures.
