Job summary

Matrix Service in the United States is seeking a skilled structural crafts specialist to support refinery maintenance, lead crews, and uphold safety standards. You will coordinate tool inventories, analyze ironwork projects, and reallocate resources to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in refinery maintenance or construction settings.
• Knowledge of structural iron repair and preventive maintenance methods.
• Ability to pass Craft Skills Test or NCCER certification.
• Familiarity with Matrix Service safety policies and procedures.
• Completion of required safety trainings (Safety, PSM, START, site training).
• Must be able to pass drug testing programs.
• Must complete safety and site-specific trainings.
• Active DISA drug testing program status.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and core values in daily work.
• Represent the company with high moral standards.
• Coordinate inventory of tools, equipment and hoses for Structural crew.
• Analyze complex structural ironwork projects and recommend alternatives.
• Review project status reports and reallocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Maintain safety accountability procedures.
• Ensure high quality of work is maintained.
• Attend weekly crew safety meetings.
• Lead and supervise crews; promote safety culture.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as requested.
