Job summary

Matrix Service is seeking a Structural Supervisor skilled in refinery maintenance and turnarounds to lead structural crews. You will supervise inventories, analyze ironwork projects, and reallocate resources to ensure on-time completion while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires knowledge of structural repair, maintenance methods, and OSHA standards, with a strong emphasis on safety training and drug screening compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years as a Structural Supervisor in refinery maintenance/turnaround/construction.
• Knowledge of structural iron repair, maintenance and preventative methods and procedures.
• Ability to pass required safety trainings and drug testing programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate inventory of power tools, equipment and hoses for Structural crew.
• Analyze complex structural ironwork projects and recommend alternative strategies.
• Review project status reports and reallocating resources to meet deadlines.
• Maintain safety procedures and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily JHA reviews and participate in weekly crew safety meetings.
• Promote a strong safety culture within supervised crews.
