IMEG Corp in Farmington Hills, MI offers a 10-12 week structural engineering internship. You'll assist in analysis, design, and documentation of structural systems for commercial and institutional projects, working closely with experienced engineers in an in-office setting.

You'll gain hands-on experience across disciplines, participate in QA reviews, and help coordinate design with architects and trades, with mentorship and pathways to potential full-time roles.

Over 10-12 weeks, you\'ll assist in the analysis, design, and implementation oversight of structural systems for a variety of building types while working closely with experienced engineers and consultants. You\'ll collaborate across disciplines, support project documentation and quality reviews, and contribute to work delivered within project budgets and client expectations. You\'ll join a structural team serving commercial and institutional markets, with experience across education, housing, automotive and industrial, and municipal projects, contributing to sustainable design goals including SE2050.

What You\'ll Do

• Assist with structural design portions of projects according to code and IMEG standards

Pay Range: $22.00 - 24.00 per hour

The range listed above represents the base pay IMEG reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position in the work location identified above at the time of posting.
