Job summary

Hudson Valley Cardiovascular seeks a Cardiology Structural Heart Clinical Manager (NP/PA) to support the Director of Cardiology Acute Care and the Ambulatory Advanced Practice Providers. This leadership role focuses 75% on clinical duties and 25% on administration and leadership to ensure high-quality structural heart care.

Qualifications

• Master degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies.
• Minimum of three (3) years of cardiology APP experience, or equivalent experience.
• Lead APP or supervisory and/or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary structural heart evaluation and care.
• Lead and coordinate weekly program meetings and scheduling.
• Provide active people management and employee relations support.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve optimal performance.
• Develop and revise policies for structural patient care and quality initiatives.
• Participate in TVT Registry and collaborate with Research on trials.
