We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our MHVI Structural Heart team at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. We're helping move cardiovascular care forward regionally and nationally through our MedStar Heart & Vascular Institute, with clinical research, better diagnostic tools, and advanced treatments that are always patient focused.
In this role, the NP/PA would work with patients who are referred for structural heart procedures, and be the lead in coordinating their care alongside our interventional cardiologists. They would have the chance to work with a comprehensive list of patients and be a part of new cutting-edge procedures. The clinician would be responsible for the following:
This position deals primarily in an outpatient setting. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, no weekends, or holidays. The successful candidate in this role will be working primarily in the outpatient setting with occasional inpatient consults.
