Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Sales Training Specialist for Structural Heart to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the field sales force, covering product knowledge, procedural guidance, and competitive differentiation.

The role requires 5+ years in medical education or sales, deep echocardiography/structural heart imaging expertise, and travel up to 50%. You will build curricula, manage budgets, and collaborate with Marketing and Medical Education.

Qualifications

5+ years in medical education, clinical or sales roles.
Expertise in echocardiography/structural heart imaging (ICE, 3D imaging).
Experience with LAAO, TTVR, TEER and EP workflows.
Proven experience creating sales/education training programs and clinical marketing assets.

Responsibilities

Design and lead objective-driven clinical sales training programs for SH.
Oversee in-house and field-based training delivery aligned with business goals.
Create and manage training curriculum and budgets with leadership.
Develop and refine training tools, processes, and records across the organization.
Evaluate training effectiveness using performance, budget, and process metrics.
Lead end-to-end training for new product launches with cross-functional collaboration.
Drive cross-functional capability building via LMS, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
