Job summary

Milo Live in North Las Vegas designs and manufactures live fire training systems and modular ranges. We seek a skilled structural welder to join our team, producing high-integrity welds on steel frames for specialized training systems and translating blueprints into precise builds using GMAW/MIG, SMAW, FCAW, with TIG as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years welding experience, can read weld symbols, and work with calipers and micrometers. OSHA 10 and MIG certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3+ years welding experience.
• Fluent in reading prints, weld symbols, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-integrity welds on steel frames and components for training systems.
• Translate complex blueprints and specs into accurate, repeatable builds.
• Set up jigs/fixtures and use precision measuring tools to ensure alignment.
• Drive quality through meticulous layout, finishing, and final inspection.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Champion safety protocols and suggest continuous improvements.
