ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join our Mid-Atlantic Building Science + Infrastructure team in Chantilly, VA. You will support structural engineering and consulting projects through field investigations, testing, analysis, and report preparation, collaborating with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical solutions for diverse facilities.

The role offers hands-on field experience, mentorship, and growth within a collaborative consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering, assessment, testing, and consulting services.
• Conduct field investigations and condition evaluations of existing structures.
• Direct field testing activities and interpret data to evaluate performance and deficiencies.
• Review calculations, drawings, and submittals for compliance with standards.
• Prepare clear technical reports and communicate findings to clients and team.
