• Professional Engineer License required or equivalent.
• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, or architecture/design experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Develop detailed project plans with schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical leadership on engineering systems and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Lead and mentor engineers, designers, and project managers; set goals and review performance.
• Establish and maintain quality control processes and conduct site inspections.
