• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree; Professional Engineer License.
• Experience in project management or construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop program-wide strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical leadership and review engineering designs and drawings.
