Qualifications

• Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• ABET accreditation strongly preferred.
• Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design tasks, data entry, and presentations.
• Support lead engineers with project duties.
• Participate in continuous improvement by collecting and analyzing data.
• Research solutions to project concerns and present findings.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.
