Job summary

RTX invites you to join a Monday-Friday Co-Op session in Aguadilla, PR. You will gain exposure to structural validation data management, fatigue analysis support, and propulsion systems engineering while balancing coursework and hands-on mentorship.

The program runs January to June, with on-site responsibilities and 3 days on-site/2 days remote as scheduled by the Manager. Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico at start; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a consistent record of collaboration, innovation, and initiative.
• A passion for learning and pursuing a career in aviation and aerospace.

What You Will Learn:

• Pre/Post Test Data Processing & Fatigue Analysis support.
• Engineering expertise in fatigue, fracture mechanics, burst.
