Job summary

Immerse yourself in a Monday-Friday Co-Op session, that will run from January to June(it is expected students will take this time off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity). This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

What You Will Learn:

• Structural Validation Data Management.
• Pre/Post Test Data Processing & Fatigue Analysis support.
• Engineering expertise in fatigue, fracture mechanics, burst.

What You Will Do:

• Support lifing systems and structural analysis tools to enable safe, reliable designs.
• Aid in vibration, fatigue, and fracture mechanics tasks to support Module Centers customers on structural engineering of new designs, engine development plans, and production / field issues.
• Maintain trust of regulatory and military customers with respect to structural integrity through consistent teaming, communication, and reporting.
• Support product regulatory certification to meet customer needs.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
