You will perform field investigations, structural calculations, generate AutoCAD drawings, prepare bidding specifications and cost estimates, and maintain client communications. Required: BS in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis, EIT; PE preferred, 3–8 years of relevant experience, valid driver’s

Responsibilities

• Perform field investigations and inspections of infrastructure (climb ladders, lift 40 lbs).
• Report writing.
• Responsible for project development, management, and implementation of tasks.
• Perform structural calculations by hand and via software.
• Generate project drawings in AutoCAD.
• Assemble and modify bidding specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates.
• Construction project administration.
• Potentially assist with civil projects.
• Facilitate and maintain open communication with project team members, clients, and contractors.
• Interface directly with clients.
