Entech Engineering, Inc. is seeking a senior Structural Engineer to join our Civil and Environmental Resources team in Reading, PA.

You’ll design structural components, develop calculations, drawings and specifications for diverse projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver precise, constructible solutions. With 8+ years of experience and a PA PE license, you will model structures using CAD tools and potentially take on project management responsibilities, contributing to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering with emphasis in structures (ABET accredited).
8+ years as Structural Engineer with PA Professional Engineer license.
Hands-on with CAD software; AutoCAD and/or REVIT a plus.
Collaborative design approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design structural components and produce calculations, drawings and specifications for various project types.
Participate in early planning and proposal reviews and assess civil/regulatory factors.
Determine practical strength, durability, and cost-benefit information.
Create structural models using CAD software.
Collaborate with PMs and multiple disciplines; project management duties may be included.
