Job summary

Amero Search Group is representing a respected civil and structural engineering firm in Seattle seeking a Structural Engineer to join the team. You’ll design and execute structural projects, prepare construction documents, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

This role offers leadership opportunities, mentoring for junior engineers, and exposure across the full project lifecycle, with occasional travel to stakeholders and sites in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering; master's preferred.
• Three to eight years of structural design experience.
• P.E. license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute structural engineering projects and prepare construction documents.
• Coordinate with project teams and support project delivery.
• Lead portions of projects and mentor junior engineers.
