Structures, an Austin-based structural engineering firm, seeks a motivated Structural Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our collaborative team in a full-time, hybrid role. You will work closely with senior engineers on design and documentation through construction administration.

This position offers hands-on experience across diverse project types, credit hours toward your P.E. license, and a culture that emphasizes professional growth, teamwork, and a balanced hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a strong focus in Structural Engineering.
• EIT certification preferred or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; exposure to industry-standard structural analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in structural design and load calculations for various building systems.
• Generate structural drawings, details, and models using Revit.
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, contractors, and consultants to balance constructability.
• Support the design process through all phases, ensuring goals, budgets, and codes are met.
