Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis.
• 3+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Strong structural analysis and calculation skills.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Confident, client-facing manner and solid project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-discipline team.

Responsabilités

• Running structural analysis, calculations and design across a wide range of building and industrial projects.
• Designing in wood, masonry, concrete, precast, steel and aluminum.
• Preparing construction documents in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
• Applying building codes, safety regulations and structural design standards.
• Supporting proposals, budgets, schedules and client communication.
• Working with architects, contractors and in-house engineers from other disciplines.
• Going out to site for field observations, investigations, repair assessments and construction support.
• Assessing existing systems and recommending practical improvements to safety, reliability and performance.
