Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking Structural Engineers to support a growing portfolio of commercial building projects across Texas. Opportunities are available for engineers at multiple levels, from experienced EITs through licensed PEs, with hands-on design, project ownership, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of structural engineering experience.
• EIT or PE depending on level of experience.
• Commercial building design experience.
• Experience with steel, concrete, wood, and/or masonry systems.
• Strong understanding of structural analysis, load paths, and building codes.
• Experience preparing structural calculations and construction documents.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for commercial and institutional building projects
• Design structural systems using steel, concrete, wood, and masonry
• Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Support projects from early design through construction administration
• Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
• Review existing structural conditions and develop renovation or modification solutions
• Assist with field observations and construction-phase support
• Manage project schedules, technical deliverables, and design coordination
• Communicate directly with clients and project stakeholders
