JOB SUMMARY

Foresite Group is thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a qualified Structural Engineering Project Manager to join our team. This position offers a chance to work under the expert guidance of our Practice Area Leader, fostering both professional growth and technical expertise and will be based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare plans and specifications for structural projects across various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Practical application of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the structural engineering field including engineering formulas and skills.
  • Organize, design and detail projects to produce a complete set of drawings.
  • Conduct thorough research, and write detailed reports/opinions, including due diligence investigations and code studies.
  • Utilize various engineering related computer software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering with a proven track record of leading complex projects
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
SKILLS
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software including in Autodesk applications, preferably Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity.
  • Works well within a team environment
