Key Responsibilities

Project & Team Leadership

  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers and Revit technicians, from concept through construction.
  • Oversee project planning, budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure high‑quality and timely delivery.
  • Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback to developing engineers.
  • Serve as a senior technical decision‑maker, representing the firm in coordination meetings with clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Support resource planning and team workload management.

Client & Business Development

  • Act as the primary contact for key client accounts, nurturing long‑term partnerships.
  • Drive repeat business through consistent, reliable project delivery and relationship building.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, developing fee structures, and contributing to project pursuits.
  • Engage in professional organizations to raise visibility and support industry involvement.

Leadership Mindset & Firm Contribution

  • Demonstrate a proactive, solutions‑driven approach to complex structural challenges.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor emerging engineers and future project managers, fostering a culture of growth.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • At least minimum of 8 years' structural engineering experience for buildings in the US
  • Bachelor's in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, with Master's preferred.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis tools and familiarity with Revit.
  • Project management experience preferred.
