We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic Structural Engineer with 5-15 years of structural engineering experience, who is a self-starter, responsible, honest, and a hard worker who can lead others in the same work ethic to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Lead others in the same work ethic to contribute to the team’s success.
- Serve as project engineer for more complex assignments under the direction of the project manager.
- Manage multiple projects and meet constrained deadlines.
- Prepare technical writing such as letters, reports, and specifications of moderate complexity with minimal guidance from supervisor.
- Contribute to structural design across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects using 2D and 3D modeling and analysis results.
Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in structural or civil engineering or related field, and 5-15 years post-degree experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer preferred, but not required.
- 5-15 years of structural/civil design experience with all types of materials preferred (wood, concrete, masonry, and steel).
- Strong capability, experience, and knowledge in residential, commercial, and mixed-use structural design.
- Technical writing skills in letters, reports, and specifications of moderate complexity with minimal guidance from supervisor.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under constrained deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of engineering software – Excel, RISA, AutoCAD, ENERCALC and others.
- Proficient in 2D and 3D modeling techniques and interpret the results of those models.
