Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking an experienced Structural Designer to support the design and execution of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System projects. You will focus on structural design, drafting, and coordination to deliver detailed packages from concept through IFC and construction.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of structural drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with Civil 3D or Revit.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certificate in structural drafting/design or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of structural design or drafting experience, preferably in renewables or civil infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural drawing packages for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects.
• Prepare foundation plans, layouts, racking/tracker details, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with structural engineers and other design teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
