Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Design Technician to join the Advanced Manufacturing Data Centers team. You will help design hyperscale data centers, develop drawings and models, and coordinate systems with engineers and project teams across the United States.

You will use 2D drafting and BIM tools such as Revit and AutoCAD, support design work on small packages, and share knowledge with teammates in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field.
• At least 1 year of Revit experience.
• At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update structural drawings and models.
• Coordinate building systems and existing conditions.
• Produce clear, accurate construction documents for data center projects.
• Support project teams with design coordination and technical knowledge.
