Ficcadenti Waggoner and Castle is seeking entry-level engineers with 2-5 years of experience to join our talented team in our Concord, California office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, design analysis, and construction cost estimates.
• Perform construction-related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional specialized structural inspection.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and building contractors on design and construction of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits and Pay

• Salary: $90,000-$125,000 per year.
• Overtime: 1.5 times base rate.
• Semi-annual bonuses.
• Tax-deferred profit sharing: 7.5% of gross compensation, fully employer paid, with 5-year vesting.
