Job Description

Ficcadenti Waggoner and Castle is seeking entry-level engineers with 2-5 years of experience to join our talented team in our Concord, California office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, design analysis and construction cost estimates
• Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional specialized structural inspection
• Collaborate with architects and designers and building contractors on design and construction of projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of software such as RISA-3D or ETABS is a plus

Benefits and Compensation

• Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
• Overtime pay at 1.5x base rate
• Semi-annual bonuses
• Tax-deferred profit sharing: 7.5% of gross compensation, fully employer-paid, with 5-year vesting
