Job summary

Morisey-Dart Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager in Fort Myers, FL to oversee commercial and custom residential projects from $100K to $5.5M, with a focus on structural concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry.

The role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to learn, grow under experienced mentors, manage contracts from award through closeout, and advance to a capable PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial and/or residential construction experience as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award through completion and closeout.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with general contractors, clients, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, materials, and documentation, providing timely follow-through.
• Utilize Sage, Bluebeam, and other software for project planning, tracking, and execution.
