Job summary

The Build Partners, LLC is seeking an organized Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers and Superintendents on structural concrete projects. This role offers a path to leadership within a fast-growing team.

You will assist with planning, scheduling, RFIs, formwork, and cost control, collaborating across disciplines to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of project management experience in commercial or multi-family construction
• 2 years of structural concrete experience including tilt-up, foundations, or similar

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project planning, sequencing, manpower, equipment, and scheduling.
• Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.
• Prepare, submit, and track RFIs through Procore.
• Review project specifications and submit materials for approval.
• Review and submit rebar, post-tension, and formwork shop drawings.
• Maintain current drawings in Procore and office trailers.
• Develop shop drawings when required.
• Collect and distribute three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Prepare stressing logs and review stressing results.
• Coordinate formwork stripping letters.
• Support quality control documentation and project closeout activities.
