Build People represents a leading self-perform concrete contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete construction projects across Palm Beach County. This contractor specializes in structural concrete packages for large-scale commercial developments and has an excellent reputation for quality, safety, and project delivery.

The role focuses on managing budgets, schedules, field operations, RFIs, submittals, and coordination with subs and owners to ensure

Formación

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in commercial concrete construction.
• Experience with cast-in-place concrete, foundations, slabs, columns, walls, and elevated decks.
• Background working for a concrete subcontractor or self-perform concrete contractor preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal concrete crews.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, owners, and consultants.
• Track productivity, manpower, and project performance.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Build People is representing a leading self-perform concrete contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete construction projects across Palm Beach County.

This contractor specializes in structural concrete packages for large-scale commercial developments and has an excellent reputation for quality, safety, and project delivery. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a driven Project Manager to their team.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal concrete crews
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, owners, and consultants
• Track productivity, manpower, and project performance
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in commercial concrete construction
• Experience with cast-in-place concrete, foundations, slabs, columns, walls, and elevated decks
• Background working for a concrete subcontractor or self-perform concrete contractor preferred
• Strong understanding of concrete sequencing, scheduling, and logistics
• Knowledge of local commercial construction practices
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
