Job summary

The Build Partners, LLC is seeking an organized Project Manager to support senior PMs and superintendents on structural concrete projects in the Carolinas. Travel to Charlotte, Raleigh, or Greensboro will be required as needed.

This role targets growth into a leadership position and requires collaboration across planning, field operations, and cost control while maintaining safety and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of project management experience in commercial or multi-family construction.
• 2 years of structural concrete experience including Tilt-Up, Foundations.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with project planning, sequencing, manpower, equipment, and scheduling.
• Review drawings and specs; participate in startup planning and preconstruction meetings.
• Coordinate drawings, review constructability, submit RFIs via Procore, and track approvals.
• Maintain Procore drawings, prepare shop drawings, and manage three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Support cost control, change orders, field timesheets, and purchase orders.
• Assist with safety plans, quality control, and project closeout activities.
