Seeking a Construction Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to oversee commercial and custom residential projects ranging from $100K to $5.5M, with a focus on structural concrete, reinforced concrete, and masonry. This opportunity is well suited for an early-career construction professional with a solid foundation, strong work ethic, and desire to learn and advance. Working alongside experienced industry professionals, the right candidate will gain hands-on exposure, expand their technical and project management skills, and have a clear opportunity to grow into a highly capable Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award through completion and closeout.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with general contractors, clients, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, materials, and documentation, providing timely follow-through.
• Utilize Sage, Bluebeam, and other software for project planning, tracking, and execution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial and/or residential construction experience as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Coordinator; concrete/shell experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional communicator who is self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Stable work history and ability to successfully complete a drug screening and background check.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 + bonus

50% pd Health insurance, Dental and vision, and Paid Time Off
