Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in structural concrete construction.
• 5+ years of leadership overseeing multiple projects or divisions.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Structural Concrete Division, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop strategies to grow divisional profitability and long‑term sustainability.
• Set performance expectations and standard operating practices across projects.
• Mentor superintendents and foremen and support workforce development.
• Own divisional budgets, forecasts, and productivity metrics.
• Analyze performance data to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper staffing, planning, and resource availability for projects.
• Monitor schedules, production, and field execution; address deficiencies.
• Visit projects 25–40% of time to support teams and reinforce standards.
• Build strong relationships with leadership and field personnel.
• Standardize best practices and improve productivity and quality.
• Evaluate labor tracking, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives.
• Support business development with operational input on opportunities and risks.
• Identify root causes of challenges and implement solutions.
