Job summary

Resolute Performance Iron (a Division of Sletten Companies) is seeking a Structural Steel Foreman to supervise and coordinate the installation and erection of structural steel on job sites in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a deep knowledge of structural steel work to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experienced in structural steel fabrication to AISC standards.
• Ability to read architectural/structural plans and design documents.
• Organized, attentive, and detail oriented.
• Excellent time management and leadership abilities.
• Travel to job sites will be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of structural steel workers, including welders, riggers and other related trades.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, work sequences, and resource allocation in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, blueprints, and safety standards.
• Inspect work areas and ensure compliance with project drawings and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve issues related to steel erection and installation.
• Maintain logs and records of work performed, materials used, and delays.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks on site.
