Job summary

High Structural Erectors LLC is seeking a senior operations leader to direct Field Operations and manage the bridge and concrete structure erection projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will shape strategy, coordinate foremen and crews, and ensure safe, efficient execution with a focus on quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with PE preferred.
• 10 years of bridge and concrete structure erection experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales research to determine market conditions and opportunities.
• Direct the development and review of engineering drawings for erection projects.
• Estimate and bid rehabilitation/new steel projects with approval on contracts.
• Direct Foremen and field crews to ensure safety, efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to grow business.
