Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive field management experience in a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Variety of project types with emphasis on structural concrete.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices on projects over $1M.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, communicate with, and develop the project team.
• Develop a project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Deliver project status to appropriate parties and track progress.
• Validate project status and make recommendations to meet execution goals.
• Direct and align manpower resources to meet execution goals.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and individual responsibilities.
• Maintain customer relationships and stay engaged with the customer throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts or issues across project phases.
