Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management, or related field and five or more years of project management experience.
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Project for scheduling.
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Competent with oral & written communication.
• Strong qualitative and analytical skills.
• Exemplary organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 35-40% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple projects from contract development through closeout.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Identify contractual issues and scheduling deficiencies and develop mitigations.
• Communicate day-to-day operations and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and construction operations for project phases.
• Manage and report monthly billing for each project phase.
• Represent Phoenix professionally and maintain client relationships.
