Ideal candidates are civil engineering students with coursework in surveying and AutoCAD drafting, capable of outdoor work, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Location is flexible within the described service areas.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Civil Engineering degree program or closely related program from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA; 3.2+ preferred.
• Sophomore or above with completed coursework in general surveying and AutoCAD drafting.

Responsibilities

• Assist on civil engineering projects with tasks involving civil engineering, planning and design.
• Assist with preparation of reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist with construction observation, staking, and administration duties.
• Some opportunities may include working on reports, design calculations, specs, and shop drawing reviews.
