Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Associate degree plus 2 years of engineering experience OR licensure as an Engineer Intern (EIT).
• College senior in the final year of a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Scoping Analysis - Evaluate initial design concepts and regulatory requirements.
• Bridge Design - Analyze structural elements for compliance with codes.
• Roadway Design - Design horizontal/vertical alignments, superelevation, guardrail, drainage.
• CADD Model Design and Drafting - Develop 3D model of roads/bridges and draft contract drawings.
• Collaboration - Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs.
• Construction Documents - Prepare reports, drawings and specifications for construction.
