Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• Two years of engineering experience with licensure as an Engineer Intern for the ATI pathway.
• Alternative: Associate's degree with four years of engineering experience including licensure as an Engineer Intern.

Responsibilities

• Scoping analysis to evaluate initial design concepts and meet regulatory requirements.
• Bridge design and analysis of superstructures, substructures, foundations, and retaining walls.
• Roadway design including horizontal/vertical alignments, superelevation, guardrail, drainage, and erosion protection.
• CADD modeling and drafting of three-dimensional roadways and bridges; prepare contract drawings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs into infrastructure projects.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field

Associate's degree in civil engineering or related field with licensure as Engineer Intern
