Job summary

KBRACE in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a detail oriented Structural Drafter/BIM Modeler to create BIM-based structural documents (plans, elevations, sections and details) and coordinate with project teams to meet established standards.

The role requires an Associates degree in Design/Drafting or BIM technology (or Revit certification) and 3+ years of experience developing construction documents. Occasional overtime and travel may be required; schedule is Full-Time, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Design, Drafting, or BIM technology or Revit certification.
• 3+ years of experience in developing construction documents.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM standards for structural projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce structural documents using BIM models and drawings per standards.
• Perform field investigations to document existing conditions.
• Coordinate with clients and staff; organize revisions of drawings and project information.
• Review shop drawings.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
