Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of auto body repair experience with structural focus.
• Experience with welding and frame/suspension alignment.
• Ability to read repair orders and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess structural damage to plan repairs.
• Disassemble and assess extent of damage.
• Repair and rebuild vehicle frames to specs.
• Align frames and suspension accurately.
