  • Partner with the construction team to translate technical information into client-friendly communication and ensure messaging consistency between field and client-facing teams.
  • Respond to client questions, coordinate resolutions, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Lead client communication during project closeout and warranty follow-up with teams.

Job description

  • Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and accurately, serving as primary point of contact for assigned clients from construction start to project closeout and the one-year warranty period
  • Maintain proactive, timely, professional, and empathetic communication with clients, providing clear updates on project status, timelines, milestones, changes, delays, and next steps.
  • Set and reinforce realistic expectations regarding project scope, timelines, construction activities, closeout requirements, and warranty processes
  • Partner closely with construction team to stay informed of project progress, changes, and risks; translate technical information into clear, client-friendly communication and ensure consistent messaging between field and client-facing teams
  • Respond to client questions and concerns, coordinate resolution with appropriate staff, and identify and elevate issues to supervisor when needed
  • Lead client communication and coordination during project closeout, ensuring clients understand and complete required steps and documentation
  • Educate clients on warranty coverage, processes, and expectations; serve as the primary point of contact during the one-year warranty period and coordinate timely follow-up on warranty-related concerns with the appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records in Salesforce and other relevant systems, including client communications, case notes, project milestones, documents, and warranty interactions
  • Coordinate with intake and program teams as needed to support continuity of the client experience across program phases, including assisting with client follow-up and in-person document collection
  • Connect clients to appropriate community resources and service providers when they have needs related to housing, food, or other supports
  • Identify recurring client concerns, communication gaps, or service trends and share insights with program leadership to support continuous improvement.
Member Duties :
