Freeman Health System invites applications for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Medical Unit (CMU). The unit supports stroke and dialysis patients, functioning with multidisciplinary teams to provide compassionate care.

Role requires independent assessment, care planning, and timely interventions in line with the medical plan of care, ensuring safe and effective patient outcomes. ACLS/BLS/Stroke-related certifications are prioritized and timelines apply.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse License or a Compact State RN license is required.
• If no hospital RN experience, PCO must be completed within 30 days.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale, ASLS and CPI certifications required/expected with defined timelines.

Responsabilités

• Perform systematic and continuous assessment of patients and families.
• Plan and implement interventions with the medical plan of care.
• Evaluate effectiveness and adjust plan to ensure safe and effective care.
