Job summary

Freeman Health System's Cardiac Medical Unit (CMU) seeks a dedicated RN or LPN for full-time night shifts (36 hours/week) to care for stroke and dialysis patients in a 35-bed unit. You will work under the medical plan, assess needs, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.

Qualifications include IV certification, MO or compact-state nursing license, and certifications like ACLS/BLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and CPI within specified timelines. Join a team focused on compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• IV Certification is required.
• Current Practical Nurse License (Missouri or compact state) is required.
• If no recent hospital experience, complete Patient Care Orientation within 30 days.
• AHAs ACLS within 120 days and BLS within 90 days.
• ASLS- Stroke Life Support within 180 days.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 120 days.
• CPI training within 120 days.
• RN competency documented annually.
