Qualifications

• RN with Georgia licensure required.
• 5 years stroke care with assoc degree or 3 years with bachelor.
• Experience with data analysis and research required.

Responsibilities

• Develop programmatic initiatives for the stroke service line and ensure Primary Stroke Center certification compliance.
• Serve as the point of contact for stroke treatment across the hospital and collaborate with Stroke Committee and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage stroke patient care to meet service needs, ensure continuity, and reduce fragmentation across settings.
