Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Institutional & Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant to cover Seattle, WA. You will drive clinical demand, educate stakeholders, and lead formulary access for Asundexian in stroke prevention, building strategic relationships with hospitals and neurologists.

You will develop territory plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring analytical rigor to identify opportunities and risks in competitive environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in competitive landscapes.
• Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or institutional accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to meet customer credentialing and safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical demand, education, and sales by communicating the value of Asundexian in stroke prevention.
• Lead formulary access by navigating P&T committees and influencing protocol adoption across health systems.
• Build strategic relationships with priority institutions and neurologists.
• Develop territory business plans based on local market insights and collaborate with internal teams.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, marketplace, competitors, and cross-functional activities.
• Analyze competitive landscape and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
