Job summary

British Swim School of Milwaukee South and Western Suburbs is seeking a Stroke Development Instructor to join our Delafield location. You will coach swimmers to refine strokes, build endurance, and gain confidence in the water, all while promoting lifelong water safety.

The role emphasizes a passion for teaching, strong stroke knowledge, and excellent communication. Evening and weekend shifts are available, with paid training on our curriculum and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
• Passion for teaching and motivating swimmers.
• Experience coaching or teaching swim lessons is a plus.
• Positive energy, patience, and great communication skills.
